Taking care of ourselves has never been more challenging. In the face of increasing work demands, personal life priorities, and external circumstances we can have little time or energy to take care of ourselves. Sometimes we don’t even know what we need or where to start.

 

In this section we address this problem by providing relevant information that is brief and easily digested  -- combined with suggestions for simple behaviour changes that you can implement right away.
