Microdosing Wellness: Spin our the Helium Wheel to Start

Many of us would say we know what to do to take care of ourselves, but we don't always do it. Then we feel guilty that we aren't doing things to help ourselves. We might even get angry that we feel guilty, leading us to a negative spiral. If we go down this rabbit hole we might compare ourselves to others and resent them, or feel "less than". This experience can be amplified, if we are a social media follower, who starts to look for and notice the "perfect" pictures others are posting about how they can make everything work.


Sometimes we are full. Sometimes, when we need moments of wellness the most, its when we feel we have no time, or we are too exhausted to even come up with a plan. We have no oomph. When, even 1 minute of wellness can make a difference, what is stopping us? The more tired we are, the harder it is to make decisions, because decision fatigue is actually a thing.


To break this cycle, we propose novelty and fun, with a few selected activities that can help re-set, re-balance and support a tired system. We hope that the Helium Spinner takes away some of the brain work of deciding what to do. If you don't like the choice you get. Spin again!
